Play Time
I was recently asked "what did you do today?" and found that my mind went fuzzy from the whirlwind of activity that occupied our day, but the only think that I could pin point was "nothing really". But sitting back today to watch the kids play I realized that even though we didn't leave the yard we still "did stuff". We worked at sharing, waiting our turn, counting, using our imagination, empathy for other people, creative problem solving, acknowledging other peoples feelings, pride in our accomplishments, and so much more. We probably didn't master any of these skills today..... but then again, tomorrow is a new day where we will have the opportunity to try all over again!

Well put. Everyday is a learning opportunity for us all. So grateful for all you do in the lives of these children. I love it and I love you. So proud of your dedication to our future. One bucket of sand at a time....
