The annual daycare Christmas party,
Is an evening of laughter,
Great food,
Loads of fun,
And of course, friends!
For the past week during story time the children have asked SEVERAL times " is it your party today?" That excitement makes it all worth while.
When asked the next day "what was your favorite part" ,
The answer is always "all of it!"
My favorite part is giving the parents an opportunity to watch how their children interact with their daycare friends.
And of course getting a chance to visit with each other.
And seeing how proud the kids are when they present the gift that they had worked on and kept a secret to give to their parents.
What a wonderful group of families that I have the privilege to be part of! I just want to say thank you to everyone for coming and helping make the daycare party fun for everyone. Thank you for all the delicious food and drinks that everyone brought to share. But most important, thank you everyone for spoiling me with all the wonderful gifts that you gave me! You were all so very thoughtful and I really do appreciate everything that you have done for me. Thank you! Have a wonderful Christmas together and we will see you in the new year!
