Summer Birthdays

Ya know...... some days (ok... usually everyday) when i sit down to do something on a computer i end up saying "arhgggggggggg.... i hate computers"! well today is one of those days! So I am going to go with the flow and just do my writing down here at the bottom instead of in between each birthday person as this stupid computer will not let me click on anything else!?@#%*

I just want to wish all my friends a happy birthday to those who has a birthday while i was away and to those who just had one!

At the end of the day when parents come to pick up their children i quite often hear the comment " you changed your clothes"  this should help explain why.....

bubbles

My favorite part about a rainy day (other than jumping in puddles or going on a hike) is playing with bubbles! Rainy days are best for bubbles because when the bubbles land on the ground they don't pop right away.... and if you have a slight wind blowing then you could cover the entire backyard within minutes!

                                                   

Hammer helpers

This week when i brought out my hammer to fix a loose fence board the kids all wanted a turn to "help".  That helping reminded me of an idea that I saw at strong start once. I gathered the "kids hammers" a handful of golf tees and a block of styrofoam from the neighbor.... such a simple idea... and they played "hammering" until the styrofoam piece was filled with holes!

Maryn has said on occasion that Baby Bennett does no take good photos.....

Hmmmmmm... i think she is wrong!

And this is why it is so hard to have a serious conversation when that face looks at me !
