A taste of the summer to come...

The past few weeks we have had a small taste of the warm months to come! 

It has been so wonderful to feel the warm sunshine on our faces and the joy that comes with playing in water without our boots and raincoats!

Bring on the sunshine! I am ready!

Spa day

Evelyn had all the kids lined up to come to her "spa" this week.

She used chalk to color toe nails, finger nails and eventually arms, legs, cheeks, cars, toys, dinosaurs, the fence, sidewalk, playhouse and anything she happened to walk past....

 thank goodness it was a

 sprinkler day!

Even though she said she felt like she was going to fall, she kept trying and trying until she mastered the monkey bars!A big accomplishment for a big girl! Way to go Evelyn!
